By accessing and using Readceipt ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Readceipt is a receipt processing platform that uses artificial intelligence and optical character recognition (OCR) technology to extract data from receipt images in real-time. Our service processes receipts on-demand without storing images or extracted data.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload content that violates any laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to transmit harmful or malicious code
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization

5. Data and Privacy

6. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
• Our refund policy as outlined separately

7. Data Processing

Receipt images and extracted data are processed in real-time and are not stored on our systems. We only retain basic account information (email, name, subscription details) necessary to provide the service. Upon account deletion, we will remove your account data within 30 days.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Readceipt and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in our OCR processing, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in data extraction. You are responsible for verifying extracted data and maintaining your own records.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Readceipt be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Your Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Your Jurisdiction.
